This is a local idiot (here in SoCal) they got, just recently.
It's good to see that they are still catching these morons, and still prosecuting them for their little Insurrection game.
He was "cancelled" from his job, and is now facing up to 20 years in prison and potential financial penalties.

So she apparently plead the Fifth? Good grief. We have the wife of a Supreme Court Justice who pleads the fifth, and her husband the Justice refused to recuse himself on a case regarding the evidence the investigators could review, including out of his own wife. But conservatives are perfectly fine with this absolutely Brazen abuse of power and tossing any concept of judicial ethics on the trash Heap because it triggers the libs and har de har CNN sux herp derp.

That was my assumption based on the report that she did not answer any questions. Surely she was posed questions? The article fails to offer further details.

Her attorneys say she answered all questions and Thompson said she answered in the affirmative whether she still believes the election was stolen. I haven't seen anything that she didn't answer questions.

I think her refusing to talk to the press about her testimony was totally appropriate myself. God bless Grumps's perspicacity. She shall speak through and only through her testimony, and not the press. She is not running for office, and thus has no need to reside in spin city. Be patient. In due course you will be able to read her testimony under oath, word for word. I suspect you will find it underwhelming, because she is far from the center of the Machiavellian legal storm, but we shall see. She just suffers from the MAGA syndrome perhaps.

Agreed.  It will take literally one day for any bombshell testimony to leak, and none has, as of yet.  Also, no, her husband need not recuse himself.
