www.electoral-vote.com is handy for reference in that it depicts the current state of play. As far as I'm aware their map just reflects the latest poll for each particular race and they update it on a daily basis

Their final map going into the 2004 Presidential race was wrong however but only to the extent that the pollsters got it wrong in a few 'swing' states

I see another problem with that. They are using the most recent Zogby numbers for their predictions. So you have things like Virginia in the blue column and Hutchinson only up 9.

I see another problem with that. They are using the most recent Zogby numbers for their predictions. So you have things like Virginia in the blue column and Hutchinson only up 9.

Zogby is only polling 1 a month, therefore they wil put other polls in then. They next Zogby will be out in over  month proabably.

That site is terrible. For quite a while they were predicting a Kerry landslide.

I like the site to see the most up to date polls quickly.  However, it is not always accurate.
