What kind of activities would McConnell have allowed in the 117th Congress had he remained Senate Majority Leader? Could he have said something along the lines of “Biden is not the legitimate President, so I will not hold any hearings or votes on nominations or bills.”?

First NYE in the hypothetical Becerra thread on the USGD board, & now this? Did people seriously just forget McConnell's December conduct? He literally acknowledged & congratulated Biden on his E.C. win, & committed to making sure that all executive branch nominees got a vote on the Senate floor. Why are people confusing McConnell with Madison Cawthorn?
