your challenge if you choose to accept it is with a post 1900 POD to create a world where lebanon is majority christian. Bonus points if you manage it with Syria too. So what is the world like by now with a majority christian lebanon(and syria if you so choose)?

A majority Christian Lebanon is easy. Simply have France keep the Bekaa as part of Syria.  That would increase the percentage of Christians to around 50%, all else remaining the same, and there probably would have been lower rates of exodus among Lebanese Christians and fewer inhabitants of the Bekaa migrating to Beirut.

Or have both the Bekaa Valley and some of the South handed over to Syria. That would make Lebanon almost 70% Christian with about 20% Muslim and 10% Druze.

Interesting. Does this alternate Lebanon ally with Isreal? I'd imagine a majority christian "crusader state" wouldn't go over well.

Doubtful, given that Israel would still be dispossessing Palestinians (both Christian and Muslim) of their land.  At most, such demographic changes might have caused Lebanon to stay out of the 1948-1949 conflict and/or send the non-Christian refugees elsewhere, but to actually ally with Israel, I think not.  In 1948 they would have been thinking that Israel would be quickly crushed and not wishing to share that fate, and later they would likely be benefiting from being the Middle East equivalent of Cold War Austria too much for them to seriously consider getting involved in a messy war.
