Absolutely.

Last night, I went to a Mexican restaurant and the waiter was all like, "hola amigos."  I sure told him!  If he's going to be serving me delicious Mexican foods, he better be doing it in English, damn it.

I feel that a point needs to be made that if people come to America they must learn English, but sometimes it doesn't call for a boycott.
