She might not even run again.

If she does, she almost certainly loses.

She is in. If she loses, who do you think the Republican who defeats her will be?

She's not going to get Blanched simply because Missouri really isn't as Republican as Arkansas or Oklahoma, but she will lose by a significant margin.

I'll say:

Republican nominee: 54%
Nicole Galloway: 44%

Who will be the Republican nominee?
Wikipedia lists Scott Fitzpatrick, the current Treasurer, as the only potential candidate at this time.

Since no Republican has declared yet, who might be the nominee?

Safe R, Galloway loses by about 10 points.

I guess it's gonna be Scott Fitzpatrick.

Polling has sown Galloway with very negative approval ratings. I am surprised she is running for re-election to be honest. It could get ugly for her. As much as a 20 point loss.

Wouldn't be surprised if her gubernatorial run really took a toll on her image.

Alright, this'll probably be a Safe R pickup.

What are the chances of Saundra McDowell being the Republican nominee?

It was probably Safe R before too. She saw the writing on the wall and didn't want to leave in a humiliating way, and you can’t blame her for that.

She is a good person who unfairly is the most unpopular statewide elected official in Missouri. That is not even an exgerration. Polling data backs it up as do internal discussions.

I have no idea who Democrats will nominate for this seat but they may end up not performing any worse than Galloway would have. Maybe even slightly better.

I assume she's so unpopular because of the (D) next to her name. And her disastrous gubernatorial bid last year may have hurt her reputation, making her seem as "no different" from other Democrats to many voters in Missouri.

Not high. She already blew the Auditor election in 2018 and completely embarrassed herself by  trying to primary Parson.

Someone else will come along.

Why did she try to primary Parson? Did she think he was too liberal?

No idea, but it obviously will have damaged her even more than she already was.
