Once you have been through SE Asia, you will soon learn that every meal is delicious if cooked by the right person.

Many times when working in Indonesia, I was told not to ask what it was, but just try it.

It is always the Chef that is 90% responsible for nice food.

Yeah, I would. I've had ostrich meat before and (surprisingly) it actually tastes like good beef.
