At least generally speaking, not referring to individuals. Any thoughts?

An American living in the Netherlands really made an excellent video below. He's referring to driving schools and tests, mandatory car inspections, enforcement of the rules, road conditions and availability of public transportation. Any thoughts?

yes, on average.  It should be harder to get a driver's license in the US, we let way too many bad drivers on the road.  We can't make it harder or the poor advocates would have a fit.

I guess as far as F1 is concerned Lewis Hamilton is the standout.

So it's a case by case basis.
