My view is that getting shots in arms is the only way we're going to get out of the hellish last year- and most importantly defeat any new variants. I was unsure about this bill when it was introduced & am happy to hear from other people about it- but wanted to make sure it got a hearing on the floor of the senate because of the gravity of this situation.

This is too expensive for what it's worth, we might as well be giving out another round of regular stimulus and we haven't decided that we need to. Ohio's successful vaccine lottery is a better model, and we should try that first.

I would be interested in an amendment of such if you are looking to offer one.

I'd be open to this.

This is in line with what I was thinking and is a good starting point, what does the rest of the Senate think?

I'll add, any prizes awarded that are unable to be claimed within two weeks, will be re-rolled. Winners can choose whether or not to remain anonymous.
