If you include the margin of error (3.2%), this poll is consistent with the other recent Webb/Allen polls showing Webb down by 3 or 5.
Here is the quote by the origin pollster it is consistent with the margin of error. If you have a gripe with me you should have a grip with him.

He may not be in the lead but this race is going to be more competetive than originally thought and Zogby may show him in the lead but the race is tightening, he may not be in the lead but all zogby is showing a tight race.

Zogby is all over the place.  I tend to agree that this race is moving towards competitive (though I want to see one more poll), but Zogby is completley & utterly crap.
