Who would the 2020 GOP nominee be with Trump dead and Cruz having lost to Hillary?

Since someone took the obvious answer, Josh Hawley is a possibility if he starts maneuvering right after Cruz's loss. The alt-right would have continued growing, most known candidates would be stuck in the GOP wilderness after three consecutive losses by both establishment and Tea Party candidates, and radical leadership would naturally rise to the top of the anti-mask movement.
