The idea that Ron DeSantis has already "peaked" in May 2021 three years before the nomination is decided is something only people who religiously follow politics would say*. Not only that, it gives credence to this nonsensical idea that you can't ever maintain a solid following/support base for a long period of time. Trump and Biden disproved that in their primary campaigns, so it's hard to see that so many here continue to believe that.

*Why would Ron DeSantis get less relevant during/after a 2022 re-election?
