To the surprise of many, rightwinger Hirsh Singh is leading establishment Republican Jack Ciattarelli 22%-20%, with Phil Rizzo and Brian Levine at 10% and 7% respectively.

This is 2021. Why should a far right winger leading the polls in almost any Republican Statewide race anywhere be a surprise?

Let's face it. Baker, Hogan, and Scott are anomalies. If they tried running for the nomination as first-time group material candidates today they would probably lose.

However, they can win their state primaries as of now because they appeal to their states......Ciattarelli is too moderate for the NJGOP now, but in order to win in NJ, you have to be a moderate Republican....neither Ciattarelli or Singh will win anyway...it's Likely D.....
