I will note that the poll is nonbinding - mostly just there to provide a rough benchmark. I would rather see what people have to say on this and the arguments presented - a final decision is more likely to hinge on that.

I prefer 4, but that's because I like longer terms in general (I believe they allow for more to be done during each session) other people may not share this view. I'm fine with either in the end, though.

I am open to 4 being considered on its own merits, but I think for the sake of the plan the best approach is minimizing changes contained within itself. Certainly the case for 4 even under bicameralism could well be made and from my experience with the house in 2017-2018, I did find the constant reelection cycle somewhat annoying, but I prefer that to be considered separately either after or before the plan is adopted.
