I don't personally have an intrinsic problem with it, but Black Lives Matter is the original phrase and if the people who invented this idea don't want it to be used for another purpose (which it seems they don't, especially Blue Lives Matter) then you would just avoid it out of respect. Come up with your own original slogan. To me it's kind of like a writer copying someone else's story without permission. Even if it's not plagiarism it makes you look bad.
