It's not gonna be a typical SOTU speech, there aren't gonna be 538 Congressmen and Guests in the Pews, due to Covid, I am not watching it.

I will watch the highlights, that's why it took so long for Pelosi to invite Biden, the last one had all the works, it was before Covid

Until Pandemic is over, I am not gonna be paying attention to that many Biden speeches because they are mostly gonna be about infrastructure spending, since the Ds don't have the votes until 2023 to lift Filibuster, when we get a 52/48 Senate with WI, PA pickups

SOTU are for the bullpulpit only, they can only recommend to Congress they can't enact law, unless D's have the votes to break the Filibuster or pass everything thru Reconciliation, but allowed Rs to Filibuster it

In any event we now know that Clinton in 1994 could have used Reconciliation on Health care Reform and Obama should of broke the Filibuster on DC Statehood in 2009 and Reid could have gotten rid of it in 2013

Joe Manchin just said no again to lifting Filibuster

https://news.yahoo.com/sen-joe-manchin-getting-rid-165847424.html

If this is the case just pass the Scott version of police Reform

If would be just fitting if D's get 51/49 Senate, WI and PA and narrow hold of H, Voters are nervous about amnesty for illegals and gun control and voting rights

Biden isnt gonna drive up debt on infrastructure spending, that's what their response will be, keep spending on Stimulus and infrastructure until Covid is over takes a back seat

It's not a real SOTU, 538 members aren't gonna be there due to Covid restrictions and most of the bills need the Filibuster lifted especially the F version of Police Reform, it's not even that important
