The interesting thing about Utah redistricting is that Owens is only vulnerable in a gerrymandered map; in a fair map, it's one of Stewart/Moore who gets replaced with a Democrat. Owens' political base is the ruby red south SLCO suburbs, which shouldn't be in the same district as any of SLC.
With the current lines, Owens wins in even a neutral political environment; Mendenhall isn't especially popular and you have to remember that this was a Trump+9 district.
