The reason why Cardin may stick around and Inhofe and Grassley are 85 yrs old, is that Manchin has endorsed statehood, in a PVI 3.1 Election, D's keep the H and 53/47 Senate and DC statehood is enacted and we get two Afro Senators.

So there is no need for Cardin to retire and he is the same age as Inhofe and Grassley

Used to live in MD.

Going to be bold here and say that Raskin doesn't go for it. I think he has enough sense to know that he's going to have more power in the house than in the senate.

Sarbanes will probably run imo same with Anthony Brown.

Mfume could run as he came very close to getting the nomination in 2006.

I really don't think Trone runs

You do realize Cardin isn't planning on retiring, he would have announced them already and Inhofe and Grassley are 85,

I had always thought Van Hollen was in line to be Speaker until he jumped into the Senate race in 2016.  Interesting that Raskin may face the same choice from the same district.

Van Hollen umped into Senate he is friends with the Kennedys and thought Joe Kennedy was gonna serve in 2030 but he was also friends with Markey so he didn't endorse anyone totally different situation than Ben Cardin

I really hope Carper retires too,  the Democratic Senate Caucus is just WAY too old.

Carper isn't retiring the MD retirement has a lot to do with DC Statehood the Ds have a real chance at winning AZ, OH, TX and 5 seats in the H to get the Filibuster proof Trifecta

Cardin beat Mfime in 2006 and we need more blk Senators that's why Colin ALLRED decides to run he will win along with Kunce Tester and Brown and GALLEGO

DC Statehood if Thrones wins and JAWANDO and Alsobrooks loses and Barbara Lee Alsobrooks and JAWANDO would be the frontrunner for DC Statehood and at any rate JAWANDO has a much better chance due to Wes Moore and Hogan out, Hogan didn't run because of Throne millions but since Hogan is out JAWANDO has a much better chance

22 Throne
18 JAWANDO .
6 Alsobrooks

This is not a poll this is a hypothetical

But last poll in CA
22 Schiff
18 Porter
6 Lee

Lee and Alsobrooks have 0 chance

I am supporting all blk candidates we still have no idea whom is gonna be the nominee in FL but clearly ALLRED running knocks out John Love whom had 0% chance of winning, Cruz would have loved to run against a nobody

Sounds like a solid candidate. There need to be more black women in positions of power anyway, there's currently none in the senate.

I like forward to it going from zero black women to at least two of them in a couple years

What a pity North Carolina didn't elect Cheri Beasley. She would have been an excellent senator.

It's obvious by now at the poor performance by DeSantis that Rubio and IAN CATEPILULTED THR Rs especially Johnson over Republican it's on the Database that prior to 9/26 Beasley, Barnes and Ryan were winning and Brown is very confident in Winning esp since DeWine isny on the ballot users think only 303 just like Woodbury thinks the Final poll gonna be Biden plus 2 over Trump lol Trump still have 3 open investigate

Users think that IAN had nothing to do with Rs winning Johnson is DONE IN 28 to Sara Rodriguez

Especially since you don't see MAtty or Vaccinated Bear or MT Treasure around they were all around in 22

GOV CRAIG, SEN ALSOBROOKS, SEN BARBARA LEE, GOV PRESLEY, GOV BESHEAR, SEN KUNCE, SEN BROWN, SEN KUNCE AND SEN GALLEGO ALL WILL BE SWORN IN AND SPEAKER JEFFRIES 1/6/25

Trump and DeSantis losing this early in PIS show they won't win TX, MO, MT, OH and AZ S and NC, MS, KY and NH Govs

Barbara Lee can certainly win the Runoff Karen Bass was down double digits to Caruso and win

Everyone says she is too old the leading cause of death among blk females is Diabetes she doesn't have it

It won't matter Alsobrooks is gonna win like Barbara Lee is gonna win, we need blk Senators that's been the issue with Sinema and the Filibuster we had ignored getting rid of the Filibuster

As I said before with OH, NC and TX and AK Blks are so galvanized to get Reparations we don't know what types of candidates Blk Ds can over performed

Landry is favored but it's a Runoff that's why I have LA and MS as wa e insurance and Karen Bass and Warnock over performed just like OH, NC, MO and TX and MT Ds can over performed if DeSantis is the nominee every poll shows he would keep it a 3o3 map Trump is losing 48/40 in every 3o3 state that's wave insurance

Cardin was a good Sen but he was a disappointment he isn't Chris Van Hollen he is adorned by blks Cardin isn't and that's one of the reasons why Alsobrooks has the edge since Hogan isn't in the race we needed Trone with Hogen

Just like in 2004 since Ryan was t a candidate we didn't need Blair Hull, Blair Hull was fav until Ryan dropped out and Obama became Sen, Mark Warner was supposed to be President in 2008 not Obama

Btw, I can already tell that this primary is going to be absolutely unbearable.

Eh. From my view of it, decent enough chance at this point Alsobrooks gets enough early momentum to coast out of the gate. Especially if Raskin bows out.

I think she's already starting to get the serious momentum needed to make her primary safe.

Slotkin can lose and Schiff can lose too we won't know until we get Emerson polls just like OH, MT Emerson had FL actually 3 pts in March

There's no viable coalition for Trone here lmao. Alsobrooks appeals to all sides of the party.

Lol stop underestimating Alsobrooks and Barbara Lee did you know Karen Bass was down Double digits to Caruso  Schiff was the fav he is tied with Barbara Lee

The only person that's gonna win is Slotkin only Gilchrist can beat her and he is gonna run for Gov in 26 there are no MD polls

As I said the Maps are blank and there is a D primary in March of 24 anyone can win
