Lean yes for 2016, pure toss up for 2020, though a Bernie win would be very dependent on WI, MI, and PA.  However, in a 2020 without COVID, Bernie loses. I think outside of maybe MI, the 2016 map would stay in tact, and NV would be at risk of going to Trump.
