Harris announced she will be resigning at 12:01 PM Eastern Time this Thursday, citing unspecified personal and family reasons. Harris, the first woman Vice President, as well as the first Black and Asian American to hold that office, is the first to resign from the position since Spiro Agnew (R-MD), Richard Nixon's Vice President, resigned after being charged with felony tax evasion. Overall, Harris becomes the third person overall to leave the office of Vice President out of her own volition.

The New York Times reached out for comment from the White House.

Awakening to see Harris resigning really saddens me. People may be happy about this, but she was a goddess who inspired me. Really am upset about this. I wonder who will replace Kamala. Likely thinking it’ll be Doug Jones.

Foolish of Biden to pick someone who was just going to resign on April 1st anyways

Fake News. Harris will be replaced by Mr. Donald J. Trump. Right after congressional approval, Biden will resign and hand over power to the duely elected POTUS who won the election with 75 million votes in a landslide. And because Dems twice stole from the most successful prez in history (at first with Mueller), the 22nd Amendment will be paused to give Mr. Trump 2 extra terms. He'll be prez to at least Jan. 20, 2033. Deal with it, libtards!

It was easy for Harris to criticize Trump when she was Senator on botching Covid, but Covid cases are rising under Biden administration, Infrastructure spending, what happened to the blue ribbon commission on Insurrectionists, Pelosi forgot about it

A Supermajority Senate is not inevitable, we should take heed to it going into 2022, even if Rs are retiring

But, Pelosi dropped the ball on the Insurrectionists Commission which would of kept it in the media, now Covid cases are going up
