If they add Unemployment and Stimulus checks to it I am fine by it, but if they don't, I am discontent to it, Evictions are more important than Speed rails that was supposed to start in 2014 by Obama

They will propose Amendments, they don't have to vote for the bill, just like they did on the Stimulus

They are still voting for the bill

The Rs are close to retaking the House, they aren't gonna vote for tax increases but they are having their cake and eating it too, by voting for Amendments on Reconciliation and not voting for the bill

By the Senate having a vote aroma on Amendments to Reconciliation

Imagine peoply quoting each other, just make you reply without quoting someone we all are gonna disagree

We will have our user Predictions up soon

But, Biden spending 3T on infrastructure and we are in Covid doesn't make much sense to me

There is a need for more UBI benefits and moire Stimulus money 1.9 T wasn't enough

Most people in poverty don't even care about a 3T infrastructure plan, they face Homelessness or Evictions everyday

The wealth tax will comeback if D's net seats in Congress, they don't have the votes now.

Corporate taxes will be increased by next yr at 25 percent not 28

There shouldn't be any Filibuster on any bill.unless it repeal extreme laws like Voting Rights or Social Security or Medicare.

The Rs were the ones that set citizens united in motion with their Abe Fortas Filibuster, from them on dark money is involved in politics

If Fortas was CJ instead of Burger, there world be no Citizens United
It's a Jim Crow laws that blocks Progressive Legislation

Bernie talked about it on MSNBC, Rs are frightened about VBM not same day voting, that's why they keep placing restrictions on voting

Look at Reynolds just place loose restrictions on guns, she was viewed as a compassionate conservatist and she showed Lincoln as whom she really is

Now that there isn't no opponent for her she is going loose on Voting Access, the Parliamentary did good by doing this for D's, what happened on Minimum wage

Manchin didn't want to give 3oo more in Unemployment benefits, this is probably his negotiating tool so that when the stimulus comes back up again, the money should be given more to people without Unemployment than to people that are on Unemployment.

The Unemployment rate is going down, there isn't anymore need for 300 more per week

As for the Corporate tax cut, 25 is better than 20, Biden should take it

Rs say that if Biden scales it back they would definitely vote for it

But, where are the Green Jobs, the infrastructure plan is a redux of Obama 2014 Speed Rail plan that was shelved

1T is enough to spend, we still got other priorities in Appropriations bills and Stimulus to shelve out, we are not out of Covid

Voters are showing they are concerned about wasted spending, amnesty which is causing the border crisis.

If you let more Latinos and Asians on, they want Entitlements
Boehner also said the SCOTUS JUDGES ARE STELLER, they aren't the most left wing judges but Harry Reid has also cautions on packing the Crts

The Ds are gonna have to wait until SCOTUS start overturning Progressive Legislation in order to Crt pack even D's like Feinstein, Kelly and Tester don't want to Crt pack.

This is why we may have a small D majority or a divided Congress, not the AOC Supermajority, that was supposed to happen in 2020

From a PR standpoint, if this passes, Biden is nearly 1/5 of the way there of major legislation and executive action he needs to get re-elected; immigration reform, citizenship for Dreamers, another round of stimulus till 2022, statehood for DC and PR, some sort of major foreign policy victory (his own peace deal? Iran?). The first 4 seem most likely to be doable by 2022.

The bill at hand is mainly just for preventing the poor from falling into starvation and mass eviction along with positive macroeconomic trends for the next three years. So far this country is getting back its footing, but I don’t believe Biden has the will or means now to go further and attempt to bring the pre-pandemic economy back, legislation wise and the fact that many businesses are now either bankrupt or pushed into being zombie corporations surviving on debt and occasional bailouts. The very minute fiscal policy isn’t working in tandem with the Fed, well then the stock market crash is gonna wipe away most of the jobs in this country. Oh well, here’s hoping it can be adverted at least a few years longer than 2030.

Immigration reform isn't happening anytime soon as Amnesty gives Latinos and Asians more Entitlements than everyone else

Now, Manchin already stated that D's should pass DC Statehood but PR Statehood no, for the same reason of amnesty

D's may only get 51/49 Senate next term winning WI, PA and NH and losing GA

We need to get Covid over with before we give amnesty to Latinos again, you see the border crisis

We spend so much time on this infrastructure and Covid is raging out of control, most poor people whom are struggling with Evictions don't even care about an infrastructure bill

Its very difficult to raise taxes in a Pandemic anyways, the D's need more seats even 52 isn't enough in the next session of Congress, Jackson and Ryan will do just fine.

But, Capital gains taxes and Corporate taxes power, no way

When you have only 50Ds it's very hard to get your agenda thru, the infrastructure does nothing for me anyways, I don't care much about

They are all rich politicians, Boehner was so rich it's ridiculously

Biden must realize he only has 50 votes not 60 and after the 2022 Election if we net seats he can alter the infrastructure bill, most of these changes aren't gonna take effect immediately, deal with climate change

The Biden Administration did spend 2T on testing tracing and vaccinations in Stimulus bill and we still have Covid

It's not like this is the last opportunity he can to pass this bill or an infrastructure, 1T is enough for now, with a 30 T deficit

I doubt it will placate Senate Republicans - and Biden is smart enough to know that. This is a show of good faith before taking the nuclear option.

It's a reconciliation package, there is no nuclear option the Dems could just do it. He's stuck with this because Joe Manchin is a self centered jackass

You know HR 1 especially can be axed by SCOTUS in Judicial Review even it gets passed the Filibuster, this same R Crt allowed Gerrymandered districts especially Alito and Thomas and Gorsuch for much of the 2010s anyways, the Crt isn't gonna allow neutral Commission to draw districts in every state, that's a pipe dream by Pelosi, and DC Statehood would be very contraversial especially to Kavanaugh and ACB, they aren't safe bets either to DC Statehood

Why can't Schumer just tell Manchin hells strip him of his chairmanship on the energy committee if he doesn't start voting like an actual Democrat. Start being mean to these people!

If you do that Manchin will become a Republican, he is the one along with Sinema giving the D's their Majority

If he doesn't become an R he will become an independent leaning R, he is the most Vulnerable D in 2024 anyways and would definitely RETIRE

Murkowski, Sinema, Collins, Manchin and Romney are sticking together just like McCain, Warner stuck together on the Rs not abolishing the Judiciary Filibuster until 2013, it's a problem and it's not going away anytime soon

That's why the Extra 300 is going away, Manchin and Tester agreed not to sign on another check

At least, Angus King is not delusional like Manchin & Sinema.
This is why I’m pretty sure that the filibuster is only a thing because of Manchin and Sinema’s arrogance. I believe fully well that there is a fairly large minority who likes Manchin taking the heat for killing things, but I don’t think any of them are particularly sympathetic to the random rule that says Mitch McConnell gets to kill anything, at least not in the face of a concerted effort from state level republicans to ensure that their voters can’t vote.

I mean when Angus freaking King is openly ready to go, I can’t imagine anyone else is holding out.

Angus King is easily more liberal then Sinema, and more sensible

King is for sure more grounded in reality. Manchin and Sinema have the mindset of 90s or even 70s politician when there was more cooperation in congress, thinking the GOP is still open for business when they're clearly not negotiating in good faith. King appears to more realistic about the fact the GOP today isn't a serious politicial party than you can argue with on issues and reach some reasonable compromises.

It really bothers me we risk to throw this 2 year window because of Manchin's and Sinema's arrgogance away. In the end, Biden and Harris will be blamed for that despite doing all the best they can with this congressional makeup.

Pelosi is putting together a Select Committee on Insurrectionists and Congress still have Appropriation bills to do, so infrastructure spending isn't all that necessary, Congress has plenty to do

Before Covid, all Trump passed were Appropriation bills

Kamala Harris can overturn the Parliamentary maneuver on the Minimum wage, the Biden Administration didn't want to risk it, that's why Manchin and Sinema are resisting

Manchin said no bipartisanship no infrastructure deal, Biden already broke his campaign promise to Prosecute Trump and Student Loans, we are still in a Pandemic and Rs aren't raising Corporate taxes as long as we are in a Pandemic. He can break his campaign promise on raising Corporate taxes.

1T is enough for now, he is gonna comeback to Rs anyways in the Fall

Manchin said no infrastructure bipartisan plan no deal, the bipartisan infrastructure plan includes no Raising taxes, which we are still in a Pandemic and Rs reject raising taxes, told you Biden is gonna have to come back to Capito if he wants a deal

The D's aren't gonna stay empowered forever and D's need DC Statehood in 2023 with 52/48 Senate, I advise D's to take the deal and raise taxes after they win in 2022

Electric vehicles and bullet trains aren't gonna be here in 10/15 yrs
