Let's say one of the close Senate races goes the other way - either John James pulls off the upset, or David Perdue manages to just barely avoid a runoff. We were, of course, very close to living in this reality.

How would the Biden administration be going with Cocaine Mitch as Senate Majority Leader? Would he be able to pass any sort of legislation? Does he get his cabinet? What happens to judicial vacancies? How does he work around the inevitable obstruction?

Stimulus passed - But significantly smaller, and more to just stimulate the economy without much more in it.

Judicial vacancies - Many are confirmed, but not as many as in the world we live in currently. More progressive nominees did not pass, but more centrists ones did with the help of Murkowski, Collins, and occasionally Portman

Cabinet - Neera Tanden pulled, Becerra pulled, Haaland narrowly passes with the votes of Collins and Murkowski

Legislation - Biden helped get the bipartisan stimulus passed, and is continually known as a deal maker. Obviously, Infrastructure doesn’t get passed.

Something like that.
