If he formally renounced his citizenship in the presence of American consular services, then probably not, no.

In any event, though, he'd still have to continuously live in America for a period of 14 years, so even if he wanted to, he wouldn't be eligible 'til 2036 at the earliest.

He'd still be 6 years younger than Biden in 2026, lol.
