Say HW was reelected in 1992 and in 1996 what is expected to be a primary between Dole and Quayle results in McCain winning the nomination in a surprise . How does a machup between McCain and Cuomo . I think this is how it goes

McCain would have carried Missouri and would have won the election, albeit narrowly.
