Is there an indoor cigarette ban or mask mandate in effect at the place in question? That would certainly make a difference.

I've been to smoking bars here in the north of Austin, and I've been to tons of gas stations and markets/grocery stores with little-to-no masks or "social distancing." Obviously the former is worse from a pure public health standpoint, but not that big of a deal in my opinion, considering few places allow indoor smoking at all anymore, people spend very little percentage of their time inside smoking bars, and if it truly bothers you... just don't go there.

Studies have shown that secondhand smoking isn’t really the threat it was once believed to be, so easily the anti-masker is worse.
