Seriously, I often wonder what leftists are smoking to make them delusional enough to actually believe this, but then again you have to be pretty delusional to think much of this stuff makes sense or would work in the first place.

I decided to read it again.

It's actually not that bad and includes standard policy and reviews undertaken by the Blair and even the Cameron administrations.
