This would condemn anyone born after 1992 to non-existence.
Any sort of retroactive time travel is unethical because you would essentially be genociding everyone who was born since 1992, which by this point is half the world's population, not to mention a majority of the forum.
I was born in 1994  and I’m pretty sure I still would have been born if Clinton wasn’t President.

The odds of the same sperm gamete that created you making it to the egg that created you given a massively dislocating event like changing the POTUS is vanishingly small.
Who was President wouldn’t have changed a single thing in my parents’ life, so there’s no reason that I wouldn’t be conceived at the exact same time and place.

Nah I'd just tell him to keep it in his pants, she's not worth it.
Wouldn’t telling him to not repeal Glass-Steagall be a smarter move?

His veto would have been overridden considering it was passed near unanimously, so that wouldn’t do much good.

I'd prevent Bobby Kennedy from being shot by tackling the guy who shot him. Boom, no more Nixon.
