Looks even worse than the Trump border crisis.  Funny how lefties want us not to blame Biden for this.  Mainstream media wanted us to feel guilty because "Trump locked children in cages".

20 000 kids (and growing) are put into Trump's racist cages Biden's wonderful border facilities.

Libs:
- Not a crIsiS!
- Orange Bad Fault!

And, by the way, the surge is real

and it is Biden's fault (if you ask AMLO).

While I think I agree with you on more than most red/maroon avatars (which still isn’t that much), why would anyone ever ask AMLO about anything?

Because you can guess 99% of US experts thoughts whom to blame base only knowing who they voted for.

AMLO is surely not pro-Trump, if anything, pro-Biden (as he depends on him, not on Trump) and he presumably wouldn't want to unnecessary put the blame on Biden (and therefore anger him), if he wouldn't really mean it. In addition, AMLO plausibly knows better why there is a surge of Mexicans and other Latinos wanting to cross the border.

Just to re-emphasize:

An inconvenient truth:

The migrant ‘surge’ at the U.S. southern border is actually a predictable pattern.
Evidence reveals the usual seasonal bump — plus some of the people who waited during the pandemic

Quote
We looked at data from U.S. Customs and Border Protection to see whether there's a "crisis" - or even a "surge," as many news outlets have characterized it. We analyzed monthly CBP data from 2012 to now and found no crisis or surge that can be attributed to Biden administration policies. Rather, the current increase in apprehensions fits a predictable pattern of seasonal changes in undocumented immigration combined with a backlog of demand because of 2020's coronavirus border closure.

As usual, this border 'crisis' is being blown out of proportion.

Amazing how cons are suddenly upset over a problem they themselves created and perpetrated for four years now that the other side is left to deal with the aftermath.

D's should be worried about losing the House, if they lose the House they will be shut out until 2028 or so and when the Senate flips in the Rs favor.

Amnesty and comprehensive Immigration Reform isn't a priority for most Americans anymore, since Latinos and Asians get Per capita by the govt for WWII and LATINOS intermarry with Native Americans and they have alot of kids to get a lifetime benefits for Section 8 vouchers. Samething with PR Statehood, they will run up entitlements

ThTs why WARNOCK and Hassan are endangered
I am not saying the Ds will but they should be worried that's why they passed HR1 and Schumer keeps promising Filibuster reform when is it gonna happen

We still don't have the blue ribbon Commission on Insurrectionists

liberal and conservative pundits can pay as much attention to this as they want, but Here is the reality

There is Zero chance of immigration reform happening and that is what would be needed in order to solve a problem like this. So unless these pundits on both the left and the right can convince their side to come to the table an pass an immigration bill than it is simply pointless to keep going on about this.

Biden will do what he can but unlikely is not going waste his political capital on an issue that he knows that the GOP has no attention of ever helping him solve. Now there is a small chance that maybe once covid is no longer an issue and the economy doing well that Biden could get some smaller reforms passed, but other than that I dont think we are going to see real progress on issue over the next few years

here is more another hursh truth that some on left will not like to here

A lot of people in the county simply do not care about immigration or the boarder at all nor they do they believe it is more important than Covid and the Ecomney. Yes, it sucks that there are kids at the border in bad conditions, but many Americans are understandably more worried about their own kids when it comes to Covid than they are about somebody else's at the border

I know that fact will upset some of my frineds on the left but by the end of the Day a lot of americans care far more this than they about immigration....

Make no mistake if the 2022 midterm election turns into a Booming ecomny vs immigration
I think the dems are going to win the fight and it will not be close at all lol

If Republicans want to help us fix the problem they created, they're welcome to.  Democrats have been advocating for, and trying to pass, comprehensive immigration reform legislation for decades.

But I know that will never happen.

The really sick thing is that Republicans celebrated these things during the Trump presidency.  And now they're shedding crocodile tears for the Trump legacy that continues despite Biden's best efforts to fix it.

TX is ground zero for the H, those DCCC ratings are not gonna happen, we might be in for a divided Congress. A 230H and a Supermajority Senate Probably isn't gonna happen

But, an R H and D Senate probably win and D's can regain H back in 2024/2026

But Latinos want to get in due to Entitlements and Entitlements are contributing to deficits

The Covid cases and Boarder crisis is getting way out of control

On Biden's handling of he situation at the Mexican border: 29 percent of Americans approve, 55 percent disapprove, with 15 percent not offering an opinion.

"Though he gets generally positive numbers on his domestic strides as he nears his first 100 days in office, the president is confronting the same political quagmire south of the border that bedeviled his predecessor. The border with Mexico, and the people trying to cross it, loom as a familiar crisis," said Quinnipiac University Polling Analyst Tim Malloy.

Biden strikes international deal in bid to stop migrants reaching US border
Officials agree with Mexico, Honduras and Guatemala to step up security to try to prevent increased migration at southern border
Quote
The Biden administration has struck an agreement with Mexico, Guatemala and Honduras to temporarily increase border security in an effort to stop migrants from reaching the US border.
Quote
According to the White House press secretary, Jen Psaki, Mexico will maintain a deployment of about 10,000 troops, while Guatemala has sent 1,500 police and military personnel to its southern border and Honduras deployed 7,000 police and military to its border “to disperse a large contingent of migrants” there. Guatemala will also set up 12 checkpoints along the migratory route through the country.

Security forces in all three countries have been frequently accused of using excessive violence against migrants, and targeting them for extortion and robbery.

A White House official said Guatemala and Honduras were deploying troops temporarily in response to a large caravan of migrants that was being organized at the end of March. The Mexican government announced an increase in security and its troop deployment in March.
Quote
Psaki said that “the objective is to make it more difficult to make the journey, and make crossing the borders more difficult”.
Quote
Migrants from Central America and Mexico are fleeing rampant corruption, organized crime, as well as hunger caused by failing crops and the impact of climate change. The right to claim asylum is enshrined in international and US laws

Am I wrong, or did Uncle Joe just make a deal with Mexico/Honduras/Guatemala to stop caravans (sic!) of brown people migrants by 20,000 security forces(!!). Stop the people that are "are fleeing rampant corruption, organized crime, as well as hunger". Stop by security forces  that "have been frequently accused of using excessive violence against migrants, and targeting them for extortion and robbery".

Border arrests show no sign of slowing in May, preliminary data indicate
Quote
US Customs and Border Protection has continued to encounter around 40,000 migrants a week at the US-Mexico border, continuing a pace similar to that of the past couple of months, according to data reviewed by CNN.

The Biden administration has struggled for months with the uptick in people entering the US unlawfully, an often-dangerous route that puts vulnerable populations at risk.

The 21-day average for border encounters is around 40,000 per week, a Department of Homeland Security official told CNN, adding that the pace continues to strain resources and put migrants in danger.

Around 60% of the people detained by Customs and Border Protection were rapidly expelled under a controversial pandemic-era health order first enacted during the Trump administration, the data shows.

Hey is this still a crisis or did we move on to the next "Biden administration in shambles" story?

Boy Republicans are gonna have a tough time running the "criminals and rapists" playbook after the media spent 4 years talking about how tough Biden is on the border.

It's a "crisis" that tens of thousands of people from poor countries with crumbling economies are trying to come to America to get jobs that would be unfilled otherwise!

Abbott Orders Texas Child Care Regulators to Discontinue Licenses of Facilities Housing Immigrant Children
Quote
Within three months or so, Abbott’s move apparently would force them to stop serving unaccompanied minors because the facilities must have state licenses to qualify for the federal contracts.

Gov. Abbott issues disaster declaration in response to 'border crisis'
Quote

In a press release, the governor blamed President Joe Biden for problems at the border.

"President Biden's open-border policies have paved the way for dangerous gangs and cartels, human traffickers and deadly drugs like fentanyl to pour into our communities," the governor said. "Meanwhile, landowners along the border are seeing their property damaged and vandalized on a daily basis while the Biden Administration does nothing to protect them."

After the governor released his disaster declaration Monday, he tweeted an endorsement from former President Donald Trump.
