Would Rubio have won Cobb, Gwinnett, and Henry against Sanders in 2016?

Henry has been extremely rapidly diversifying and swinging for the past twenty years; Romney only won it by about four points in 2012, and Michelle Nunn won it in 2014, so it's hard to imagine any Democrat not carrying it in 2016. Cobb, which Clinton won by only two points in 2016, would most likely go for the Republican in any matchup not involving Trump, especially with Sanders involved. Gwinnett I think could go either way in either matchup.

Rubio wins Georgia by a bigger margin than Romney did in 2012 due to Sanders’ inability to appeal among African-Americans.
