The socialist PRG government of Grenada, which was violently overthrown by Reagan in 1983, is officially described as a "unitary Marxist–Leninist one-party socialist parliamentary constitutional monarchy" by Wikipedia. The head of state was the British Queen, and the prime minister was Maurice Bishop, a hard-line Communist. Its motto, "ever conscious of God, we aspire, build and advance as one people," softly but surely affirms both working-class solidarity and Christian piety.

What do you think about this brilliant compromise between the right-wing monarchists and left-wing revolutionary socialists?
