A week later, an upset Mrs. Harris came into Dr. Johnson's office. "Doctor! I did as you told me, but delicious food is still tasteless(无味的）for me. I don't know what is in these pills, but the problem is worse! What have you got to say for yourself?" "But when and how did you take these pills?" asked Dr. Johnson.
"At first, I took these pills three times a day before dinner," continued the woman. "But these pills are too bitter(苦的）,so I had to take these pills after three meals."
" Calm down, Mrs. Harris, " said Dr. Johnson .
"Now that we've fixed your sense of taste, we'll work on your hearing!"
