Yes; I have a photocopied map of the 1984 House elections, and all districts are shown.
Not seen anything like that on the net though.

There are quite a few old CD maps on the Atlas, but you'd have to be a paying member to see them.

Quick fact. Did you know Kentucky has had at least one Democrat in Congress since Andrew Jackson was elected?

Yep, I did know that. IIRC there was some fretting a few years ago (ie; when the only Democrat Kentucky sent to Congress held a district that is marginal at best) that that record might end soon.
