"It's ironic that grown professional athletes play children's games into their 40s and even their 50s...."

By the late 1990s and early 2000s, during the age of 36 and 37, Karl Malone and John Stockton were called aging men, playing against kids.....

Today, 43-year old Tom Brady has his seventh Super Bowl title........his rival Peyton Manning retired at age 39/40....

John Elway won two Super Bowls in his late thirties....

Does it matter?

If they can still play well, no it doesn’t matter. It’s damn impressive that Tom Brady can still play at the level he does.

And these ain’t “children’s games.”

It's amazing what cheating can do to restrict the flow of time.

It wasn't that long ago that Julio Franco played major league baseball until he was almost 50.

Julio was one of my heroes when he was with the Braves late in his career, as he's only a little bit younger than me. Wink

If they still can, sure. As long as they don't use steroids.
