In 1980, Elizabeth Holtzman defeats Al D'Amato in the race for NY-senate because Jacob Javits doesn't run under the Liberal Party. She wins reelection in 1986 and decides to seek the Dem nomination for POTUS in 1992. In a stunning upset, she wins and becomes the main challenger of incumbent HW Bush.

How does the election turn out both with Perot and without? Discuss with maps and pick the VP. All other events between 1980 and 1992 remain unchanged.
