If Boston is the most racist city in America, as a lot of people say due to the history, why don't Republicans do well there, since the GOP is a racist party?

The idea is that the majority of Americans are racist, and that America is so racist that all of one party and a decent chuck of the other one is racist.  Whether that explanation lines up with reality or not, you be the judge.

Massachusetts has such a low rate of diversity (although it’s gotten much more diverse in the last 40 years) that the parties are not polarized by race. See also Portland, Oregon.

Politics in the city of Boston have transformed in the last 20 years, let alone the last 50. The next mayor is likely to be a person of color. Conservatives used to have a strong contingent on the city council, but that is in the past.

Pretty sure that'd be Harrison, Arkansas.

The KKK is literally headquartered there.

Oh and also this...

They’re tied. Vidor used to have the infamous “******s, don’t let the sun set on you” billboards. Did Harrison, Arkansas ever have those infamous billboards? More than just Vidor had them.

Veering off topic here from Boston, but I’d like to nominate West Plains, MO, as one of the most deplorable towns in America.
An anti-Obama billboard displayed there in 2008 depicting Obama in a turban

West Plains High School students retaliated against gay pride by displaying Confederate flags

Not too far away in Doniphan, MO, this little sundown town had a radio station with the call letters KDFN (Keep Doniphan Free of N). I’ll let you guess what the N stood for.
