Why was he even famous to begin with? Im not an R&B kind of guy but I know there were other men just as capable of him without his baggage. His target demographic at his concerts was black women, which is disturbing given who he is. Many of his crimes were also committed during his prime(like the illegal marriage).

Ignition (Remix) was an absolute banger.

Real shame he’s a vile person.

His music was in Space Jam, so people associated it with Lola Bunny before the liberals ruined her.

R Kelly has written a billion dollars worth of music, this is not hyperbole. Look at his writing credits. His talent is undeniable outside of immorality.

The guy who sang in Space Jam, played basketball for the Chicago Bulls, raped a lot of black teenage girls, and somehow collaborated with so many pop stars.

Yep, this about says it all. As reprehensible as he is, he has a good voice and created many catchy, popular songs.

As I mentioned before, plenty of men who weren’t sex offenders  existed at the time who weren’t as famous but could have done R Kelly’s niche just fine.

Because a lot of people believed they could fly, believed they could touch the sky, thought about it every night and day, spread their wings and fly away...
