 Let's just say a miracle and a half occurs, leading former Pro Wrestler Hulk Hogan wins the Cal Gov. Recall election in 2021. Would he run for a full term?

Serious answer: Could he even run here? Despite being "billed" from Venice Beach throughout his wrestling career, he lived in Tampa Bay, Florida for most of his life and lives there now.
