Ron DeSantis would be the new Brad Wafflesburger/Lion Kemp. Trump would pull a Scott Brown and lose his home state, carpetbag to a better state electorally, and lose his home state again.

Trump might do 1 lawsuit or 2, but he would know it was over immediately. Trump only thought he would win because FL looked good early on, and at midnight NC, OH, TX, IA, PA, and others were looking good, but that would not matter if FL was blue

Nah.  I think Trump was planning to pull this crap but he needed to keep it close.  The reason he went ballistic over Georgia and Arizona is that he thought he'd be claiming fraud in one of the upper midwest states.  Arizona and Georgia made his objections look absurd and caused him to just object everywhere.  Adding Florida and North Carolina would have made it look so ridiculous it would have gained literal traction with all but the craziest of Q Anon weirdos. 

Also, him over performing in Florida early in the night set the narrative that he was "ahead" and then it got stolen from him.  If they called Florida early for Biden then then narrative (which was already weak) would have been much harder to pull off.

Exactly. I was hoping Biden would win Florida so we could end things on election night. I knew Trump would say something like "I was ahead so it must have been illegal votes".
