Despite expectations that Harris will do extremely well in states like South Carolina, Sawant keeps things close by running up the score among white progressives, and ultimately forces Harris from the race when she wins the California Primary.

She then defeats Donald Trump, after picking Bernie Sanders as her running mate, as a John Kasich independent candidacy splits the Republican vote.

He wins all states won by Trump in 2020 plus Georgia, Pennsylvania, Arizona, Maine, New Hampshire and Hawaii after the Biden administration commits a number of serious foreign policy errors.

He wins several states, including Florida, Georgia, Ohio, Colorado, Utah, New Jersey, Maine and Virginia, enough to put him second and pushing Trump to third. The election is decided by the House of Representatives in his favour.

Bikini Bottom is discovered to be a U.S territory. Plankton receives more write-in votes for President than either the Democratic nominee, Bernie Sanders, or the Republican nominee, Marjorie Taylor-Greene, that he is elected President in the electoral college.

Coriolanus Snow

Coriolanus Snow is a perfectly normal US citizen, and it is discovered that the Hunger Games was actually a documentary set in Grand Isle County, VT. He is the only candidate to succeed Patrick Leahy. He successfully forces a DNC rules change so that the nominee is drawn in the same way as the Hunger Games, and it initially goes to Marcia Fudge, but she agrees to be Snow's candidate for Agriculture Secretary. Snow wins after pledging to nominate her, which causes the entire Midwest to vote for him.

Alvin Greene

He wins in the general, performing poorly among progressives but winning enough moderates upset by a Hawley/McGeachin ticket.

Nick Rahall is appointed to the Senate following the resignation of Joe Manchin after Neera Tanden exposes him for something. He starts a new party called America for Rahall after Ned Lamont wins the Democratic nomination in 2024. He wins #populist voters against Lamont and Steve Mnuchin and wins Lincoln style.

Ana Kasparian is seen as the only progressive candidate with enough media attention to mount a serious primary challenge to Biden. Biden dies between Nevada and South Carolina allowing Kasparian to compete against a dead man for the nomination and win. She picks Cori Bush for VP and defeats Trump in November.

Lacy Clay Jr

Lacy Clay Jr wins black voters in South Carolina and is apparently way more electable than the progressive guy who won Iowa, New Hampshire and Nevada. He therefore wins the nomination after doing well on Super Tuesday and goes on to win the general.

Paul Hodes

Hodes is elected Governor of New Hampshire in 2022, and runs for President in 2024. He wins the New Hampshire Primary, and easily wins the Democratic nomination, then defeats Donald Trump in November.

Thaddeus McCotter

Thaddeus McCotter runs as a Republican. The only other proper candidate is Donald Trump, but it was revealed Trump's campaign failed to get enough valid signatures in all states. McCotter did not make this mistake again after his 2012 signature incident. He makes Trump Jr his running mate as part of a deal for Trump's support in the general and defeats Kamala Harris by winning his home state of Michigan as well as Wisconsin and Georgia.

In the run-up to the 2024 Election the court takes a case about Duckworth's eligibility to be President. The court ends up ruling that any restrictions whatsoever on eligibility would violate the 3rd, 9th, 11th, 14th, and 21st Amendments. As a result, the non-American Yousafzai announces a run to make a political statement. After both major party nominees as well as the Libertarians, Greens, and Socialists are embroiled in simultaneous Roy Moore-tier scandals, Yousafzai wins with a plurality.

Greg Schmaltz, Mayor of Ruso North Dakota

Ruso secedes from North Dakota and is granted statehood in exchange for DC and Puerto Rico statehood. Schmaltz proves to be a formidable Senator, destroying Schumer and McConnell's careers and removing the Senate Parliamentarian. A draft Schmaltz movement is successful and he wins with Loving County Commissioner Harlan Hopper as Veep.

After Kamala Harris pivots rightward to the general thinking she is the presumptive nominee, you win the New Hampshire primary and take it from there. You then win the general against a Cruz/Noem ticket.

The Supreme Court rules that a similar person to Boris Johnson may run for President. Hated by all UK citizens, understandably, he moves to the US where people don't know him so well. He wins the GOP nomination by talking the same tripe he does over here without mentioning Brexit and changing his position on major issues whenever it suits him, to the extent that he writes articles and policy platforms on both sides of every issue. Republicans endorse him despite knowing full well the damage he caused in the UK. He wins with 400 or so EVs.

Caitlyn Jenner runs against former President Trump with the endorsement of Charlie Kirk and TPUSA, and defeats Trump narrowly in the delegate count.

She goes on to beat Biden in the general election but loses the popular vote by 0.5%.

Lin Wood steals the election as 'tit for tat'. He lasts two days in office before the Supreme Court find a way to get rid of him, and whoever the Speaker is becomes President.
