Joe Biden opts against a second term. Ellen DeGeneres runs against Kamala Harris in the Democratic primaries and argues she’s abandoned Southern California and hasn’t fought hard enough for Biden’s agenda. She narrowly defeats Josh Hawley in the general election.

COVID comes back right before the election and Calipari doubles down on his pro-mask wearing stance and runs with Andy Beshear's strong endorsement and Beshear convinces Biden and Kamala to stand down and make KY a swing state again. Calipari wins big, but still loses KY.
