Due to Trump not running and refusing to endorse in a field consisting of every Trumpist imaginable, Kinzinger barely wins the nomination. After a recession, Kinzinger defeats Biden and is inaugurated.

He campaigns hard in Arizona and Georgia, to try and get those states back for the Republicans, as well as his homestate of Wisconsin/Pennsylvania (you can choose either - both work). Consequently, he flips AZ, GA and WI/PA to win the Electoral College, and he wins the presidency as such.

Biden resigns due to health problems in early 2023, in order to take care of her husband, Kamala Harris does not run for re election, seeing as the only opposition is drake Bell, Hillary Clinton jumps in finally feeling that it is her turn, after emails come up again, and after some good debates, Drake Bell wins narrowly, and goes up against a Donald Trump who picks MTG as his running mate, despite his refusal to admit it, despite this he polls fairly well against drake Bell until Bell visits a huge drake and Josh fan who is about 7 years old who needs an organ transplant or they will die, Bell gives his organ to the 7 year old, yet MTG says that that kid was a Democratic operative and says that he should be killed for interfering in an election, Trump refuses to denounce her comments and even hints at supporting them. Drake ends up Winning comfortably.

As such, he becomes president, and running as a "civil, moderate alternative to the partisan dysfunction we see across our nation today, that led to the horrific attacks [referring to the death of most of the Cabinet]", he wins in a huge wave with the sympathy vote, carrying 45% of the vote as the GOP and Democrats split the rest and winning enough states to reach the 260s in electoral votes (the residue are supplied from faithless electors who are urged publicly by Huerta to "put country over party").
