Everybody knows this if you read the news. There were several reports at the time that even Trump thought he was dying and was asking close confidants if he was going to go out like his real-estate developer friend that died of Covid.

I still remember seeing that image of Trump struggling to breathe when he arrived back at the White House. So this isn't surprising at all, and in fact was well known to anyone who was paying attention to what happened.

The big development here is that apparently multiple people in the White House expected him to be put on a ventilator. He may have if he'd refused to go to the hospital for much longer.

I never bought the official statements. I'm also sure he knew or could have known at the debate but deliberately put Joe Biden at risk, which is absolutely unforgivable and actually criminal.
