Moderate Republican from the Midwest who works in the medical field with some protectionist sympathies. Wary of healthcare reform attempts so voted for the GOP in the 94 midterms and then for Dole in 96 and for Romney in 2012. Has some anti-war sympathies as well from having served as a medic in Vietnam which led them to vote for Kerry and Obama out of opposition to Iraq and take a chance on Trump in 2016 because they hated Hillary's hawkishness on top of her support for the ACA. Very pro-mask mandate and quarantine though and voted for Biden in 2020 on these grounds.

EDIT: If 92 is the first election they voted in then age wise i'd change "served as a medic in Vietnam" to "served as a medic in the Gulf War"
