ONLY Eric Swalwell has done anything to deserve getting removed from Congress.

Anyone who was involved in orchestrating a violent attack on their workplace and their colleagues.

I think that's MTG, Boebert, Brooks and Gosar.

If I worked at Amazon and there was a heavily-armed mob outside with a guillotine chanting "Kill Bezos!  Kill Bezos!" and the FBI had warned all of us that they believed the mob was a real, credible threat to the safety and security of Amazon employees, I would expect to be fired and face criminal prosecution if I did any of the following:

1) Invited the mob leaders to Amazon HQ the week before the attack to show them where Bezos' office was.

2) Tweeted out "Bezos is in room 69DD" after the mob had broken into the building.

3) Written on social media prior to the attack "I hope Bezos gets executed!  Fingers crossed."

4) Delivered a speech to the mob saying "I'm on your side, go get em!" while they chanted about how they wanted to kill all my co-workers, and otherwise egged them on or riled them up.

5) Used my authority to direct security officers to stand down, open doors for them, or otherwise aid them in gaining entry to the building.

Doubly so for any of these if my known associates were involved, at a high level, in organizing the attack, and I was proven to have communications with them in the weeks leading up to the attack.

Young Kim obviously was included on here as a joke. But of the serious options, I would say Marjorie Taylor-Greene potentially warrants expulsion. If evidence surfaces that she, or anyone else, was involved in abetting the rioters who attacked the U.S. Capitol, then they should certainly be expelled and subjected to criminal prosecution.

don't you need a huge majority (like 290) to expel someone? But if I had a magic wand to expel someone I would want to expel Matt Gaetz. He's a complete blowhard.

I wouldn’t mind expelling all of them except YOUNG KIM.

I don't understand why some of these people like Young Kim and Eric Swalwell are even on this list.

Expelling elected officials sets a bad precedent and really should only be done against people who do something completely outrageous like inciting the insurrection or have a history of doing bad things, get a warning, and refuse to stop.  It should be a last resort.  I don't support expelling any of them unless there is proof they actually had a part in the insurrection beyond just talking smack like any Fox News personality.  Mo Brooks is probably the closest right now based on what he said at the rally alone.

I wouldn't mind them expelling Jim Jordan though because he's been dumbing down the House for a decade now.

None of them (yet). I wouldn’t put it past Boebert or Greene to do something soon to warrant expulsion, but nothing they’ve done so far since taking office warrants expulsion. It’s an incredibly high bar and has basically only been used for criminals and traitors before.
