Anyway, I'm not massively in love with these types of people or anything, but I think they get a lot of undeserved guff from people with more mainstream views and interests.

Both my dad & mom are wiccans and I believe we have more wiccans in both families than christians. That being said, they sometimes have peculiar views.

but FF, it's a change of pace from the 3 big monotheistic religions i have a negative opinion of.

In response to the OP, 'ironic' witches (at least in Britain for some forsaken reason) tend to, in this the year 2020 pt2 which has forced everyone online, be increasingly HP as they are often misandrist, extending to vile anti-trans and anti gay men (most recently on issues of adoption and surrogacy) statements and signaling.

Though this is cleaved as all things seem to be, by age. And it really is night and day at times. I'll accept to some extent issues of personal trauma and history weighing somewhat heavily and influencing positions, but too often it's just pernicious self absorbed sh**t stirrers.
