Ironically, they and hunters should brave similar goals. They both want animals populations to live and not go extinct. They both want to preserve the outdoors.

They get a really bad rap for some reason. I've never met one who was particularly pushy or pretentious, most just want to eat what they want for the reasons they want and offer you the same liberty. It's no detriment to me if they want to have a specific diet. I don't care. Additionally I almost admire their ability to be so consistent and strict with their diet.
