Trump doesn't even deserve to have a landfill named after him, but I would be willing to compromise on allowing things to be named after Trump as long as they are all sequestered to Florida.

If it must be done, it should be US 41 since back when Florida had colored signs for US Routes, US 41 had the color orange.

US 41 (of which the southern part is the Tamiami Trail) is both swampier and orangier. Not only that, but it runs thru Collier County, named after real estate developer Barron Collier, who agreed to help fund the construction of the Tamiami Trail in exchange for the creation of a new county named for him.

I'm surprised he's not going for US 98, not only is it the "LONGEST BESTEST HIGHWAY IN THE GREAT STATE," when they put up the signs for him at the beginning of the highway, it's right in front of his house.

Perhaps the concurrency of US 41 and US 98 in Brooksville?  Appropriate since that town is named after Preston Brooks, the Representative who caned Senator Sumner in 1858 on the Senate floor for making disparaging remarks about slavery. Indeed, Brooksville is one of the few places whose name would be improved if it were renamed after Trump.
