What's the General Assembly trying to accomplish by stripping the Governor of there ability to issue executive orders?

The Kentucky GOP are a bunch of loons, especially Savannah Maddox.

I am like 95% sure she's gonna be the GOP nominee for governor in 2023, that's the really scary thing. Let's hope Beshear can hold on.

It’s a classic republican move. If a democrat wins the governorship while they have the legislature they make it a ceremonial office
