They are non-Trinitarian, is the most obvious example; you could also make the case that the heavy reliance on Eddy's writings is similar to the "additional scriptures" that distinguish the LDS church and Unification from mainstream Christianity.

It's not an absolute bar but it is a difference from "normal Christianity" — it it something that would seem like a fairly significant departure for the majority of Christians.
