Joe Manchin (Closeted R - WV) is a YES on the Waiver

Ah yes, a closeted Republican would vote to convict a Republican in the 2nd reddest state in the country on the Presidential level, despite only 1 actual Republican voting to convict, convict from a state where the President is unpopular.

Honestly, there needs to be a way or smtg for the Senate to consolidate these votes or possibly not have to vote on every little person in a Presidents administration. I understand it's their given duty, but as the country grows and there are more things for them to vote on, it really seems like a waste
